The 3D Combi Screen manufactured by SPALECK and commercialized by SPR Group, has numerous references in the waste recovery sector as it allows a wide range of materials to be screened. This vibrating screen has the particularity of being designed to obtain different fractions of material.
3D Combi Screen
2 Solutions in 1 machine for screening materials.
The 3D Combi Screen is composed of two sieving surfaces, with different technologies. The upper surface is formed by 3D metal screening panels while the lower screening surface uses Flip-Flow elastic mesh technology. With this solution, the tension in the Flip-Flow elastic mesh is protected and reduced. Its shelf life is longer and optimal sieving results are guaranteed.
The design of the 3D Combi Screen has been thought up to the last detail in order to be the final sieving solution with the best quality
The 3D Combi Screen has an impact area with a solid surface that guarantees a good material flow, increasing the life of the sieve panels and avoiding blockages.
This vibrating sieve uses circular motion and is driven by an unbalanced shaft drive with a standard three-phase motor.
The sub frame absorbs residual vibration.
The 3D Combi Screen is characterized by optimal sieving with low maintenance
The 3D sieve panels, with the maximum opening area can be changed quickly and easily thanks to its modular construction. Elastic Flip-Flow meshes are fixed without screws and have no edges that could cause difficulties.
This combination of 2 system solutions in 1 machine allows you to obtain enormous savings in the transport of equipment, structures and footprint in the implementation.
Low maintenance and few wear elements.
Absolutely reliable operation.
Separation cuts from approx. 0.2mm to 120mm.
Sieving almost free of blockages on the upper and lower deck thanks to the proven 3D and Flip-Flow technology.
3D sieving panels guarantee the correct grain size without long 2D parts that can damage the bottom floor of elastic meshes.
